Wood Fired is the traditional method of coffee roasting.  Using real heat, managed personally by our expert roasting staff, the coffee beans are roasted only under wood generated heat with each piece of wood carefully selected by our roasting team.


This method of roasting is how coffee was roasted from the beginning of time.  Wood Fired roasting brings out the full bodied flavour of the coffee beans, the way coffee was intended to be roasted. 


Our coffee beans are only roasted and packed to order, to ensure the maximum freshness.  They are roasted in our local Australian roasting and packing facility, and shipped on request.
